I am a seasoned professional with 30 years of hands-on experience in application engineering, process engineering, project management, and technical training.
 
My experience began in the mid-1980s as an application engineer at the Black Clawson Company, followed by positions in Technical Sales for Bachofen + Meier Coating Machines in Switzerland, SAM North America, LLC, and Cloeren, Inc. I quickly learned the art of combining technical expertise with strategic business perspectives.
 
I’ve built my career by traveling extensively and forging strong relationships across five continents. Whether training teams or troubleshooting within the cast film, extrusion coating, and solution coating industries, I’ve always been driven by a passion for creating tangible results.
